DriveClub was one of the biggest losses in PlayStation’s 4 launch games catalogue. Sony delayed the game without giving a new release date -although it is still scheduled for a February 22nd release in Japan-. Since the delay, Evolution has kept all the details in secret about the game.

This week new details have emerged. Evolution’s Graphic Designer, Richard Weaver, posted a showreel on Vimeo showing new cars and tracks as you can see in the captures below.

Driveclub 1 Leak: Ferrari & Lamborghini cars unveiled, “Italy” track added in DriveClub | VGLeaks 2.0

Driveclub 2 Leak: Ferrari & Lamborghini cars unveiled, “Italy” track added in DriveClub | VGLeaks 2.0

Driveclub 3 Leak: Ferrari & Lamborghini cars unveiled, “Italy” track added in DriveClub | VGLeaks 2.0

Driveclub 4 Leak: Ferrari & Lamborghini cars unveiled, “Italy” track added in DriveClub | VGLeaks 2.0

As you can see, the video shows a new car, the Ferrari 599XX, the wheel of a Lamborghini Aventador and a track labeled “Italy“. We can also see the presence of a replay feature in the game too.

DriveClub Design Director Paul Rustchynsky commented with the following about this concept video:

Just wanted to jump in and say that the UI Concept was created before DRIVECLUB went into production, and is therefore not representative of the final product. Nor are the cars or locations used guaranteed to be in the game either as they were just used for demonstration purposes.

It’s a cool concept though 🙂

We will have to wait some time to see if all the details showed in the video are finally present in the final build of DriveClub.
