So, we could have remastered PS1 and PS2 games running on PS4. Thuway has mentioned “Local PS2/PS1 support”. Therefore I assume those games would be available at PS Store, ready to buy and download at the consumer request.

It would not be related with PlayStation Now (Local = the game runs directly from your PS4 not from servers or emulated). That’s part of my own assumptions.
