Rumor: Orbis being presented at Sony's event by the end of February?

That’s what The Wall Street Journal is claiming. According to its sources Sony would have the solid intention of unveiling PS3 succesor during the event held at February 20th.

Recently Sony teased a Playstation themed event where users “will see the future”.
